Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your data when you visit molt-framework.io. The short version: the site has no accounts, forms or comments, and it only measures visits if you say yes.

Who is responsible
The site is run by Michel Anderson Lutz Teixeira, an individual, who decides how the personal data described here is handled (the controller, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
Contact details are at the end of this page.
What we collect
We do not ask you for your name, e-mail or any other information: the site has no forms, accounts or comments.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects usage data, such as:
- the pages you visit and the buttons and links you click;
- your device, browser and language;
- your approximate location, derived from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site.
What stays in your browser
Two small entries are kept in your browser's local storage: your theme choice (dark or light) and your analytics choice. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
We measure visits to understand which parts of the site are useful and to improve it.
The legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I). Nothing is loaded from Google until you accept, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Cookies and third parties
After you accept, Google Analytics (Google) sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. Before that, no Google script is loaded.
To change your choice, use the privacy settings link in the footer. If you reject after accepting, analytics stops and the analytics cookies are deleted.
Fonts, images and scripts of the site are served from the site itself. We load nothing else from third parties.
Who receives the data
Google processes the analytics data. The site is hosted on AWS Amplify (Amazon Web Services), which receives your IP address and request details to deliver the pages.
These providers may process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards the LGPD requires. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for the period configured in the Google Analytics property. The two preferences in your browser stay until you clear your browser data.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you can, at any time:
- confirm that your data is processed and ask for access to it;
- correct incomplete or outdated data;
- ask for anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or excessive;
- ask for data portability;
- withdraw your consent and object to processing;
- complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and has no login, form or database of its own. Even so, no system is perfectly secure: if a relevant incident happens, we will tell you and the ANPD as the law requires.
